Bicol Region or Bicolandia it consists of six provinces, namely
It has one independent component city, the City of Naga ( which is the city capital of Camarines Sur), and six component cities,
Iriga,
Legazpi,
Ligao,
Masbate,
Sorsogon,
and Tabaco.

Naga City - the region’s cultural and religious center
Local Dialect Spoken
The Bikol languages are the dominant languages of the region
Tagalog is also spoken in northern parts of Camarines Norte as well as in the municipality of Del Gallego, Camarines Sur.
While Visayan languages, Sorsoganon and Masbateño,
are spoken in Masbate and Sorsogon; they are collectively referred to as Bisakol.
