what i love most in Bicol is their delicacy, there are so many but i’l feature only few which is the best for me

“Suman”
Other Native food in bicol is … “suman and latik”!
“Suman” is a native ricecake wrapped in banana leaves.
It is made of “malagkit” (sticky/glutinous rice).
“Latik” is cook sweet coconut milk used as toppings.
It is made from coconut milk and sugar…
you cook the milk until it turns into oil
put the sugar and keep stirring until brown color will appear.
Aroyo – is made up of “malagkit’ rice with violet food color, there is a version also of this food in vizaya’s region, if i am not mistaken the call it “moron”.
